location: the hotel was close enough to osaka station and dining options and jr/metro lines. we visited komegyu minamimorimachi, based really close to the property. got particularly good breakfasts and overall had a relaxing stay overall at a value for money spa hotel.

The staff always tried hard to understand and to help you with a smile. Everything was clean. The public bath at the 8th level. The laundry corner.
The late time for diner (9pm). I was told to catch a taxi on the street, instead of calling one for me ; but perhaps it is the most efficient way.

The location is great, with the train station and subway station nearby, making it easy to get around and book restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice bathroom. The service was excellent, with friendly staff and helpful front counter lady. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices and the natural onsen bath was very relaxing. it was a fantastic experience and I would definitely stay here again.
I did find one aspect of the hotel disappointing. The green tea provided was in powder form, and I personally would have preferred tea bags.

Spent my Christmas Eve at a hotel with amazing hot springs and free noodle service. Can't beat that! Plus, the location was super convenient, close to the train station, and walking distance to many places. The buffet breakfast had a variety of options to choose from and complimentary coffee in the lobby made it feel like home. The staff was polite and helpful throughout our stay.
The hotel did lack some charm and the overall atmosphere felt a bit cold. The rooms could use some updating and a cozier feel.
